Junior Leadership Hudson students Binita Shaw and Alena Banweg gave a PowerPoint presentation to the Hudson Clocktower Rotary Club on Wednesday, April 3, at Lager & Vine. The students were accompanied by Laurie Allen, JLH Lead Advisor and Mathmatics Chair at Western Reserve Academy.
Junior Leadership Hudson students Binita Shaw and Alena Banweg gave a PowerPoint presentation to the Hudson Clocktower Rotary Club on Wednesday, April 3, at Lager & Vine. The students were accompanied by Laurie Allen, JLH Lead Advisor and Mathmatics Chair at Western Reserve Academy.The presenters described the many field trips they took to places like the statehouse in Columbus, Playhouse Square in Cleveland, Key Band and the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company headquarters in Akron.
Binita hails from Saudi Arabia and is a sophomore at Western Reserve Academy. Alena is a junior at Hudson High School. Both endorsed Junior Leadership Hudson and expressed appreciation for being able to participate in the program.
