This is a joint meeting with Leadership Hudson Alumni, discussing the book White Fragility in connection with the community book read. 
 
Randy Blackford, senior assistant director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Case Western Reserve University and Barbara Bos, Leadership Hudson alumnus, are the facilitators. Kate Schladerman is the moderator.
 
Randy Blackford has worked with college students for the past 27 years both inside and outside the classroom teaching psychology, communications, and diversity. With an undergraduate degree in psychology, a master’s in counseling, and doctoral work in higher education, Randy’s current passion for racial justice and inclusion inform his work in the Office of Multicultural Affairs at Case Western Reserve University. Both originally from Chicago, Randy and his wife Michelle love living near the lake in Euclid.
